"I really wanted to like this, but..."
I really wanted to like this, but the fabric felt kind of cheap right out of the package and after barely using it the stitching started coming loose, so it just ended up feeling like one of those things that looks okay at first but doesn’t really hold up once you actually use it.

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me the next day and were really polite and helpful. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping to get everything sorted, and I would’ve appreciated clearer instructions along the way so I knew exactly what to do next. Still, they fixed the problem in the end and were nice throughout, so overall it was a good experience.

"Finally, a return that wasn’t a headache"
I was expecting the usual annoying return process where you have to jump through a bunch of hoops, but this was actually super easy. No weird hassle, no back-and-forth nonsense, and the refund showed up way faster than I thought it would. Happy with how it went.

I ordered my usual size, it was way tighter than I expected. Like, I could barely get comfortable in it, which was frustrating because I’ve never had an issue with this size before. Maybe it runs small? I don’t know, but it definitely didn’t fit right for me. Not super happy with it...
